Verification Badges Reflect Real Data

Badges such as Verified Supplier, KYC Approved, and Business Document Verified are only ever shown when real, admin-reviewed data supports them. No badge is awarded automatically or fabricated for display purposes.

Admin Review, Not Automation

KYC submissions and supplier profiles are reviewed by a human admin before any verification status changes. There is no automatic approval or rejection process.

No Payment Held by FINC Ecosystem

FINC Ecosystem is not a bank, financial institution, remittance provider, or escrow service. Buyer requests and supplier replies do not involve payment processing — any commercial agreement is between the buyer and supplier directly.

Limited Data Collection

Buyer identity is not shown publicly on buyer requests. Supplier replies are visible to logged-in users reviewing that specific request, not broadcast publicly.
