3. Payment Data
Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment processors, Stripe and ToyyibPay. FINC does not store full card details. FINC stores payment references and payment status (for example: pending, completed, failed) needed to manage access and provide support.
4. Sharing
FINC may share limited information with payment processors, service providers, for legal / compliance needs, or when users intentionally publish marketplace or profile information. FINC does not sell private user data to advertisers.
5. Public Business Information
Company profile, catalogue, listings, supplier offers, and buyer requests may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the platform's access rules.
6. Security
FINC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect account data. No online system is 100% secure. Users must protect their own passwords and login details.
7. Retention
FINC keeps data as needed for account operation, legal obligations, support, security, and business records.
