Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
FINC Ecosystem 2026 is a secure B2B trade and marketplace platform that helps buyers, suppliers, SMEs, micro-businesses, enterprises, and trade communities connect, publish trade opportunities, manage profiles, and communicate around marketplace opportunities. By creating an account, using marketplace tools, browsing listings, posting buyer requests / RFQs, posting supplier offers, using FINCNET, using payment/upgrade tools, or contacting other platform members, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and related policies. If you use the Platform for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company.
2. Platform Role
FINC Ecosystem 2026 is a B2B marketplace and trade connection platform. FINC helps users discover, post, communicate, and manage business opportunities.
- FINC is not a bank.
- FINC is not a remittance service.
- FINC is not an escrow provider.
- FINC does not guarantee buyer or seller performance.
Users are responsible for their own business decisions, due diligence, pricing, contracts, shipping, customs, compliance, taxes, and payment arrangements.
3. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Business users must provide real business details.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure.
- FINC may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that provide false, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading information.
4. Business Profiles and Verification
- Company profiles, documents, KYC, approval, and trust status may be reviewed.
- Approval may be required before some marketplace, RFQ, or trade tools open.
- Verification does not mean FINC guarantees the business or any transaction.
5. Marketplace Listings
- Supplier Offers are seller supply listings.
- Buyer / RFQ / Tender Requests are buyer demand.
- Products / Services are catalogue / showroom items.
- Company Hub is a company profile / showroom area.
- Users must not post fake, illegal, misleading, or prohibited listings.
- FINC may review, edit visibility, suspend, or remove listings.
6. Premium Access
- Red Access is free/basic access.
- Yellow Access is a paid 1-month access payment: USD 10 via Stripe, or RM40.94 via ToyyibPay.
- Green Access is a paid 1-month access payment: USD 20 via Stripe, or RM81.88 via ToyyibPay.
Paid access is a one-time 1-month access payment, not an auto-renewing recurring subscription, unless a checkout page clearly states recurring billing at the time of payment. Admin may grant or remove access manually when needed. Paid access activates only after payment confirmation (verified by the payment provider) or admin approval — failed, cancelled, unpaid, or incomplete payments never activate paid access. Access levels may affect visibility, RFQ tools, Co-Buy tools, marketplace limits, or advanced features.
7. Payments
- Payments may be handled through Stripe and/or ToyyibPay.
- FINC does not store card details.
- Payment success depends on the payment gateway's own confirmation.
- Failed, cancelled, or unpaid transactions do not activate paid access.
- Users must contact support for payment issues.
See the Subscription, Payment and Refund Policy for refund terms.
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Post fraud or scams.
- Impersonate other users or businesses.
- Misuse FINCNET or platform chat.
- Scrape data from the Platform.
- Spam other users.
- Upload malware.
- Post illegal goods or services.
- Bypass payment or access restrictions.
- Harass or abuse other users.
See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activity.
9. Disclaimers
- Listings are user-submitted.
- FINC does not guarantee accuracy, availability, quality, price, delivery, customs clearance, or transaction completion.
- Users must perform their own due diligence.
See the Marketplace Disclaimer for full marketplace terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FINC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, failed negotiations, user disputes, payment gateway failures, third-party service downtime, or transaction losses caused by users or third parties.
11. Account Suspension
FINC may suspend or restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, false information, legal risk, payment disputes, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
FINC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms should go through Contact / Complaints.
