Acceptable Use Policy - FINC Ecosystem 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using FINC Ecosystem 2026 responsibly, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Platform.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without prior written authorization.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's availability, including via excessive automated requests.
Upload or transmit malicious code, including viruses, malware, or phishing content.
Misrepresent your identity, business, or verification status, including fake company profiles or false KYC documents.
Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful trade activity.
Post or trade weapons, dangerous goods, or restricted goods unless clearly legal and compliant in the relevant jurisdictions.
Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages to other users.
Harass, threaten, or engage in hateful conduct toward other users.
Scrape or harvest data from the Platform beyond normal browsing use.
Attempt to bypass admin, KYC, payment, or security restrictions implemented on the Platform.
Abuse RFQ / tender tools, including submitting fake requests or fake quotes.
Post misleading supplier offers or misrepresent product/service quality, origin, or availability.
Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, badges, or listing visibility.
Post another user's or business's private data without their permission.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us promptly via Contact / Complaints if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Business & Trade Conduct

Once marketplace and trade features are fully activated, all parties must conduct trade in good faith, provide accurate product and business information, and comply with applicable import/export and trade regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in, at the sole discretion of FAKT IMPEX INC.:

a warning;
content removal;
account suspension;
access restriction;
reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

This is without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to FINC.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy by another user, please report it via Contact / Complaints.
