FINC Ecosystem 2026 is an online marketplace web application operated by FAKT IMPEX INC. Contact support for:
- account issues;
- payment issues;
- upgrade issues;
- marketplace issues;
- RFQ / buyer request issues;
- supplier offer issues;
- abuse or fraud reporting;
- refund requests.
We aim to respond within two business days. Response times may vary during high-volume periods.
2. What to Include
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- your name;
- your account email;
- your company name, if applicable;
- payment reference, if the issue is about a payment or refund;
- the listing, RFQ, or supplier offer link, if the issue is about the marketplace;
- a clear description of the issue;
- screenshots, if available.
Never include your password in a support message.
3. Complaint Handling
FINC reviews complaints in good faith. Complex issues may require extra information before we can respond fully. FINC may restrict content or accounts while reviewing abuse, fraud, or security issues.
4. KYC & Verification Disputes
If you believe your identity or business verification status is incorrect, email us with your account details and a short explanation. We may ask for replacement or clarifying documents.
5. Privacy & Data Requests
For privacy-related questions, data correction, export requests, or account deletion requests, email info@fincecosystem.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. See also our Privacy Policy.
6. Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to info@fincecosystem.com rather than disclosing it publicly.
7. Emergency / Legal Matters
FINC Ecosystem 2026 is not an emergency service. For urgent legal, safety, or criminal matters, please contact the appropriate local authorities directly rather than only contacting FINC support.
