Subscription, Payment and Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy applies to paid FINC Ecosystem 2026 access upgrades: Yellow Access and Green Access.
2. Access Type
- Red Access is free.
- Yellow Access and Green Access are 1-month access payments, charged once per checkout — not an auto-renewing recurring subscription, unless the system is later upgraded to true recurring billing and the checkout page clearly states that.
3. Prices
- Yellow Access: USD 10 via Stripe, or RM40.94 via ToyyibPay.
- Green Access: USD 20 via Stripe, or RM81.88 via ToyyibPay.
Access activates only after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider, or an admin approval / grant. Failed, cancelled, unpaid, or incomplete payments do not activate paid access.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
A refund may be considered where:
- a duplicate charge occurred;
- payment succeeded but access did not activate and admin support could not resolve it;
- the wrong tier was charged because of a platform error;
- a gateway error caused a confirmed, incorrect charge;
- the user paid but the platform service was unavailable due to a FINC system fault before access was used.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
- the user changed their mind after access was activated and used;
- the user violated these Terms;
- the account was suspended for abuse or fraud;
- the user entered incorrect information;
- a third-party business deal failed;
- a buyer/seller dispute occurred outside the FINC platform;
- the payment failed or was declined and no money was captured.
Marketplace results — lack of buyers, suppliers, leads, deals, or profit — are not by themselves a refund reason, because access tiers provide feature access only.
6. How to Request a Refund
Use Contact / Complaints and provide:
- account email;
- payment date;
- amount;
- payment method (Stripe or ToyyibPay);
- Stripe/ToyyibPay reference, if available;
- reason for the request.
7. Review Time
FINC will review refund requests within a reasonable time. Actual refund processing time depends on Stripe, ToyyibPay, or your bank once a refund is approved.
8. Important
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund approval may remove the associated paid access.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers Stripe and/or ToyyibPay. FINC Ecosystem is not a bank, escrow provider, remittance service, or financial institution. FINC does not store card details — only payment references and status needed for access and support.
10. Admin Grants
Admin may grant or remove Red, Yellow, or Green access manually for support, trial, or other platform reasons, independent of payment. Admin grants do not require a card payment.
