What is FINC Ecosystem 2026?
FINC Ecosystem 2026 is a secure B2B trade and marketplace platform that helps buyers, suppliers, SMEs, micro-businesses, enterprises, and trade communities connect, publish trade opportunities, manage profiles, and communicate around marketplace opportunities.
What is Red Access?
Red Access is free/basic access — it is included with registration.
What is Yellow Access?
Yellow Access is a paid 1-month access payment that unlocks RFQ / buyer-demand tools and deeper marketplace access. USD 10 via Stripe, or RM40.94 via ToyyibPay.
What is Green Access?
Green Access is a paid 1-month access payment that unlocks higher visibility, Co-Buy / Hubs, and expanded tools. USD 20 via Stripe, or RM81.88 via ToyyibPay.
Is this a recurring subscription?
Currently, paid access is a 1-month access payment charged once per checkout — it is not an auto-renewing recurring subscription. If that ever changes, the checkout page will clearly say so before you pay.
How do I upgrade?
From your Dashboard, use the Current Access upgrade buttons, or from Account Profile use Subscription / Billing, or visit Plans / Upgrade directly.
Why is my RFQ button blocked?
This is usually because your company documents or admin approval are still pending, or because RFQ / Buyer Request creation requires Yellow or Green Access. The button label on your Dashboard tells you which of the two applies.
What are Supplier Offers?
Supplier Offers are seller supply listings/offers posted by suppliers.
What are Buyer / RFQ / Tender Requests?
These are buyer demand requests — what a buyer is looking to purchase.
Are Products / Services the same as Supplier Offers?
No. Products / Services are your catalogue / showroom. Supplier Offers are trade supply offers posted separately.
What is Company Hub?
Company Hub is your company showroom / profile area.
Does FINC guarantee deals?
No. FINC does not guarantee buyers, suppliers, sales, quality, delivery, or transaction completion. Users must do their own due diligence — see the Marketplace Disclaimer.
How do payments work?
Paid access is processed through Stripe or ToyyibPay. Access activates only after a confirmed payment, or an admin approval/grant.
My payment failed. What should I do?
No access is activated if a payment fails, is cancelled, or is left incomplete. You can try again, or contact support with your payment details.
How do I request a refund?
Use Contact / Complaints and include your payment reference. See the full Refund Policy.
Why do I need admin approval?
Admin approval supports trust, business verification, marketplace safety, and access control across the platform.
How do I report abuse or a fake listing?
Use Contact / Complaints with the listing link and screenshots if available.
How do I contact support?
Visit Contact / Complaints to reach support directly. FINC Ecosystem is not a bank, financial institution, remittance provider, or escrow service.
