1. Marketplace / Trade Connection Platform
FINC Ecosystem 2026 is a secure B2B trade and marketplace platform that helps buyers, suppliers, SMEs, micro-businesses, enterprises, and trade communities connect, publish trade opportunities, manage profiles, and communicate around marketplace opportunities. Listings are created by users.
2. Listing Types
- Supplier Offers are seller supply listings.
- Buyer / RFQ / Tender Requests are buyer demand.
- Products / Services are catalogue / showroom items.
- Company Hub is a company profile / showroom area.
3. No Guarantees
FINC does not guarantee any listing, supplier, buyer, price, quality, delivery, customs clearance, payment, contract, or transaction performance. Verification badges, profile status, and trust signals are platform indicators only — they are not a guarantee.
4. User Due Diligence
Users must perform their own due diligence before trading: verify counterparties, samples, specifications, licenses, certifications, import/export rules, taxes, customs, insurance, logistics, payment terms, and contract terms. Users should use written contracts, invoices, and inspection processes where appropriate.
5. Moderation
FINC may review, moderate, hide, edit visibility of, suspend, or remove listings for safety, accuracy, or policy reasons. Moderation does not make FINC a party to any transaction.
6. What FINC Is Not
Unless a separate signed written agreement clearly says otherwise, FINC does not act as an escrow provider, bank, freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer, or legal adviser.
