How Verification Works

Step 1 — Create Your Profile

Suppliers create a business profile with business details and country. Buyers can post buying requests right away without a separate verification step.

Step 2 — Submit KYC (Optional but Recommended)

Submitting identity or business documents for KYC review is how the "KYC Submitted" badge appears. This step is optional, but recommended for building trust.

Step 3 — Admin Review

An admin reviews submissions manually. There is no automatic approval. Once approved, status-based badges (like "KYC Approved" or "Verified Supplier") become visible on your profile.

Step 4 — Badges Appear Automatically Once Earned

You don't need to do anything extra — once your status is updated by an admin, the relevant badge appears wherever your profile is shown.
